Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage and analyze business data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to support operations and management in a B2B Lead Generation environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain and analyze operational and performance data.
- Create dashboards and reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Monitor productivity, lead generation, and delivery metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
- Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Management for reporting requirements.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of MIS/Data Reporting experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF Functions).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and attention to detail.
- Experience in B2B Lead Generation is preferred.
