Senior Visual Designer

The Senior Visual Designer is responsible for developing and maintaining the visual identity of LionReach across all digital platforms. This role ensures high-quality design execution for marketing campaigns, social media, brand communication, and digital assets while maintaining consistency with the brand’s visual standards. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, digital platforms, and brand communication 
• Translate campaign concepts and marketing briefs into strong visual solutions 
• Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, color systems, and layout design 
• Develop creative templates and design systems to streamline content production 
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to support campaign execution 
• Create graphics that support video content such as thumbnails, overlays, and visual elements 
• Organize and maintain design files, templates, and asset libraries 
• Contribute creative ideas during campaign planning and brainstorming sessions 

Required Skills 

• 4+ years of professional graphic or visual design experience 
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) 
• Strong understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, and visual hierarchy 
• Experience designing for digital platforms including social media and marketing campaigns 
• Ability to work within brand guidelines while producing fresh creative concepts 
• Strong attention to detail and visual storytelling skills 

Nice to Have 

• Experience with motion graphics or Adobe After Effects 
• Experience creating graphics for video content and digital campaigns 
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and rapid design workflows 
• Experience working within marketing or content teams 

Portfolio Requirement
