About the Role
LionReach is looking for a skilled Video Editor who understands not just editing, but visual storytelling. This role requires someone who can translate ideas into compelling video content while maintaining strong visual aesthetics, pacing, and brand consistency.
You should have a strong understanding of camera framing, lighting basics, composition, and social media video formats, along with advanced editing skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Edit high-quality short-form and long-form video content for social media, podcasts, and marketing campaigns
• Transform raw footage into engaging narratives with strong pacing and visual flow
• Apply color correction, sound design, and motion graphics where required
• Ensure all video outputs align with LionReach’s brand voice and visual identity
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to translate scripts and concepts into finished videos
• Optimize content formats for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels
• Maintain organized project files and editing workflows
Required Skills
• 3+ years of professional experience in video editing
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (Final Cut is acceptable but Premiere preferred)
• Understanding of camera framing, lighting, and visual composition
• Experience editing short-form social media content and long-form video or podcast formats
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and attention to detail
• Ability to work with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency
Nice to Have
• Experience with motion graphics and animated elements
• Basic knowledge of shooting video or assisting in production setups
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and B2B content formats
• Experience working with marketing or content teams
• Familiarity with AI driven editing and quick-edit tools such as automated clipping, captioning, or highlight generation platforms
